Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Frontier Signal handles information collected through the website, pricing pages and digital dashboard access flow.

Last updated: 27 June 2026

01

Information we collect

We may collect basic account and commercial information such as name, organisation, work email, role, selected module, subscription choice, payment status and access-code usage.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, approximate location, timestamps, login events and security logs.

02

Payment information

Card, wallet or bank payment details are processed by the relevant payment provider. Frontier Signal does not store full payment card numbers on this website.

We may receive payment confirmation, subscription status, invoice identifiers or similar transaction metadata needed to manage access.

03

How information is used

We use information to provide access to modules, manage subscriptions, issue unlock codes, secure the service, respond to support requests and improve the product experience.

Aggregated and anonymised market intelligence may be used to improve dashboards, methodology, product quality and sector-level insight design.

04

Market intelligence data

The product may reference aggregated market signals such as hiring demand, salary movement, candidate motivations, role scarcity and sector trends.

Client-calibrated work should avoid exposing confidential personal information unless there is a lawful basis, permission and an agreed scope for processing.

05

Sharing and processors

We may share limited information with service providers used for hosting, analytics, security, payments, communication and operations.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where required by law, regulation, payment provider review, fraud prevention or to protect the service.

06

Retention

We retain account, access and transaction information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security records.

Aggregated or anonymised insight records may be retained for product development and market intelligence purposes.

07

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for keeping passwords, payment confirmations and access codes confidential.

08

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information held about them.

To make a privacy request, contact the Frontier Signal team through the commercial contact channel used to provide access to the service.
