These terms govern access to Frontier Signal, a Malaysia-focused market intelligence dashboard and sector insight product operated by Frontier Signal Partners Sdn Bhd.
Frontier Signal is operated by Frontier Signal Partners Sdn Bhd. References to Frontier Signal, we, us or our in these terms mean Frontier Signal Partners Sdn Bhd unless the context requires otherwise.
The registered office is Unit 052, 7-2, Plaza Danau 2, Jalan 2/109f, Taman Danau Desa, 58100 Kuala Lumpur, W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Frontier Signal provides digital access to market intelligence modules, including sector dashboards, talent demand indicators, role intelligence, candidate behaviour signals, AI workforce impact views and related insight tools.
Access to premium executive modules is provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. TMT may include limited preview access before full module unlock.
Frontier Signal modules combine proprietary market intelligence, search evidence, candidate/client conversations and public context into directional decision signals.
Insights, indexes and charts are intended to support business decision-making. They should not be treated as official government statistics, financial advice, legal advice or a guarantee of hiring outcomes.
Premium module access is issued to named users and approved organisations. Magic links, sessions and module rights may not be shared or redistributed unless Frontier Signal gives written permission.
Frontier Signal may suspend or revoke access if an account is misused, redistributed, transferred without approval or used in a way that could compromise the product or other clients.
Premium executive modules are charged monthly according to the pricing shown on the pricing page or agreed separately in writing. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.
Subscription access begins after successful payment or commercial approval and continues until cancelled, expired or otherwise terminated under these terms.
The product is for internal business review, workforce planning, hiring strategy, talent risk assessment and related executive decision-making.
Users may not resell, scrape, copy, publish, reverse engineer or redistribute the dashboard, underlying data structures, screenshots or module content without written permission from Frontier Signal.
Frontier Signal may improve, modify or retire features, data views, modules, pricing and access rules over time. Where practical, material changes affecting premium access will be communicated in advance.
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable availability basis. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, hosting, security or product updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontier Signal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service.
The maximum liability of Frontier Signal for claims connected to the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the customer for the affected module in the three months before the claim.
