Terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Frontier Signal, a Malaysia-focused workforce intelligence dashboard and sector insight product.

Last updated: 27 June 2026

01

Product access

Frontier Signal provides digital access to workforce intelligence modules, including sector dashboards, talent demand indicators, role intelligence, candidate behaviour signals, AI workforce impact views and related insight tools.

Access to paid modules is provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. TMT may include limited preview access before full module unlock.

02

Demo and directional data

Some materials may include demo, placeholder or directional market data for illustration. Client-calibrated versions may use validated market data, search intelligence, interviews and client-specific calibration.

Insights, indexes and charts are intended to support business decision-making. They should not be treated as official government statistics, financial advice, legal advice or a guarantee of hiring outcomes.

03

Account and module security

Users must keep passwords and module access codes confidential. Access codes may not be shared outside the subscribing organisation unless Frontier Signal gives written permission.

Frontier Signal may suspend or revoke access if credentials are misused, redistributed or used in a way that could compromise the product or other clients.

04

Payments and subscriptions

Paid modules are charged monthly according to the pricing shown on the pricing page or agreed separately in writing. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

Subscription access begins after successful payment or commercial approval and continues until cancelled, expired or otherwise terminated under these terms.

05

Permitted use

The product is for internal business review, workforce planning, hiring strategy, talent risk assessment and related executive decision-making.

Users may not resell, scrape, copy, publish, reverse engineer or redistribute the dashboard, underlying data structures, screenshots or module content without written permission from Frontier Signal.

06

Service changes

Frontier Signal may improve, modify or retire features, data views, modules, pricing and access rules over time. Where practical, material changes affecting paid access will be communicated in advance.

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable availability basis. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, hosting, security or product updates.

07

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontier Signal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service.

The maximum liability of Frontier Signal for claims connected to the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the customer for the affected module in the three months before the claim.

08

Contact

For questions about these terms, account access or paid modules, contact the Frontier Signal team through the commercial contact channel used to provide access to the service.
